A total of 28 resource persons, predominantly drawn from ICAR Headquarters and Delhi-based ICAR institutes, delivered lectures and shared their expertise on various aspects of administrative functioning, rules, procedures and institutional management. This arrangement facilitated interaction with experienced senior officers while minimising expenditure on travel and related logistics. It was also aligned with the Council’s emphasis on economy measures and expenditure rationalisation, without compromising the quality of training.
