To encourage the adoption of scientific piggery management practices, participating farmers were provided with piglets along with starter feed, multivitamin supplements and multimineral supplements. The initiative is expected to support farmers in establishing and improving piggery units, enhancing household income and promoting sustainable livestock-based livelihoods in Phek district.
