ICAR–Central Inland Fisheries Research Institute organized a day-long training programme today under RashtriyaKarmayogi Jan Seva Phase-II at its headquarters with the objective of strengthening professional competence and improving public service delivery.

The training was conducted by master trainers, who shared insights on the Rashtriya Karmayogi framework and its relevance to effective governance. Interactive sessions focused on developing a service-oriented mindset, ethical conduct, accountability and efficiency in public administration, with emphasis on creating meaningful “Karmayogi Moments” in day-to-day official work.

A total of 43 employees participated in the programme, comprising 21 Scientists, 11 Technical Officers, seven Administrative Officials and four Skilled Support Staff, reflecting the institute’s inclusive approach to capacity building across all cadres.
