Experts highlighted the importance of organic inputs such as enriched farmyard manure, fermented liquid organic manures, composting techniques, and biofertilizers in sustainable agriculture. They emphasized that these organic sources play a vital role in improving soil structure, enhancing water-holding capacity, increasing nutrient use efficiency, promoting beneficial microbial activity, and reducing dependence on chemical fertilizers.

The discussion also covered the use of cow dung and urine in organic farming, including the preparation and benefits of traditional formulations such as Jeevamrut, Beejamrut, and Panchagavya, which support improved plant growth and soil fertility.

In addition, the importance of intercropping systems for improving soil health, organic vegetable production, and mulching practices for conserving soil moisture was highlighted. Farmers were encouraged to adopt integrated organic farming practices using locally available resources to reduce input costs and ensure long-term agricultural sustainability.
