3rd Joint Workshop on Digital Soil Mapping and GlobalSoilMap for Sustainable Land Use Planning

The 3rd Joint Workshop of the IUSS Working Groups on Digital Soil Mapping and GlobalSoilMap, focused on soil mapping for sustainable land use planning, organized by ICAR-National Bureau of Soil Survey and Land Use Planning was inaugurated today by Dr Suresh Kumar Chaudhari, Deputy Director General (Natural Resource Management) at ICAR.

The event aims to advance the use of digital soil mapping and GlobalSoilMap data to support informed decision-making in land use planning, ultimately promoting sustainable agricultural practices and natural resource management.
