Agro-Tourism Centre inaugurated

Shri Dattatreya Hosabale, Sarkarywah, Rashtriya Swayam Sevak Sangh inaugurated the Agro-Tourism Centre established by the Shri Siddhagiri Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Kaneri, Kolhapur at Krishi Vigyan Kendra Campus today.

In his inaugural address, Shri Hosabale opined for developing the initiative in the rural areas to provide more remunerative options for farmers in view of developing self-sustainable villages.

Shri P.P. Adrushya Kadsiddheshwar Swamiji, Chairman, Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Kaneri urged the farmers to adopt the initiative. He also emphasized on replicating the model and providing job opportunities for the other people in the villages.

Shri Suresh Bhaiyaji Joshi, Senior Pracharak, Rashtriya Swayam Sevak Sangh; Shri Arun Kumar, Sah Sarkarywah Rashtriya Swayam Sevak Sangh and other Senior Officials of the Rashtriya Swayam Sevak Sangh were also present during the occasion.

The event registered participation by more than 200 participants.
