Sudan Delegation Visited ICAR

A four-member delegation led by Dr Mohamed Hassan Dahab, Director General, Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Government of Sudan visited ICAR Headquarters and held meeting with  Shri  Chhabilendra Roul, Additional Secretary (DARE) & Secretary (ICAR) and senior officers of ICAR  here today.

Delegation discussed the various issues of mutual interest and benefit with regard to new agricultural university being established in Sudan in collaboration with ICAR. Governance, curriculum development, teaching and research set-up, joint collaboration model and student enrolment were also discussed in meeting.

Dr JS Sandhu, DDG (Crop Science); Dr H Rahman, DDG (Animal Science); Dr G Venkateshwarlu, ADG (EQA&R); Dr BS Prakash, ADG (ANP); and Dr R K Mittal, OSD (IR), ICAR; were also present on the occasion.
