Organizational Structure
The Headquarters of the Division is functioning at Krishi Anusandhan Bhawan-II, Pusa Campus, New Delhi. The Division has two commodities/subject specific technical sections (Horticultural Science I & II) and an Administration Wing, Institution Administration-III.
Two ADGs, three Principal Scientists and a Director (Hort. Sci.) are assisting the Division headed by Deputy Director General (Hort. Sci.) in technical and administrative management. Horticultural Science Division of ICAR spearheads the horticultural research in India, which is carried out through 12 Central Institutes, 5 Directorates, 6 NRCs, 11 AICRPs and 1 Network Projects.
