Virtual Competency Enhancement Programme for “HRD Nodal Officers of ICAR Institutes” concludes at ICAR-NAARM

The three-day Virtual Competency Enhancement Programme on “Effective Implementation of Training Functions by HRD Nodal Officers of ICAR” organized by the ICAR-National Academy of Agricultural Research Management, Hyderabad from 21st to 23rd February, 2022 concluded today.

Delivering the valedictory address, Dr. Ch. Srinivasa Rao, Director, ICAR-NAARM, Hyderabad highlighted the importance of positive attitude, passion, empathy, competence, love and affection for others, motivation in the achievement of Institutional goals through HRD Nodal Officers.

The main objective of the programme is to identify the competencies and competency framework of all the Staff Members of ICAR institutes for improving their competencies in Agricultural Research, Education and Extension.

A total of 63 in-charges of HRD Wing of ICAR Institutes including 6 women participated in the training programme.
