Virtual Training Programme on “Pension & Retirement Benefits” organized

The ICAR-National Rice Research Institute, Cuttack, Odisha organized the Virtual Training Programme on “Pension & Retirement Benefits” from 18^th to 20^th April, 2022.

Dr. A.K. Vyas, ADG, Human Resource Management Unit, ICAR accentuated on the importance of positive & conducive environment, empathy and positive attitude towards the Retired Persons.

Shri G.P. Sharma, Director (Finance), ICAR Headquarters stressed on the timely payment of Pensions & Retirement benefits.

Dr. (Smt.) Padmini Swain, Director, ICAR-NRRI, Cuttack highlighted the importance of conducting the Training Programme on “Pension & Retirement Benefits and Pensioners” for any Organization.

Earlier, Shri V. Ganesh Kumar, Senior Administrative Officer, ICAR-NRRI, Cuttack delivered the welcome address.

The Programme was aimed at enriching the knowledge, enhancing competency & efficiency among the Administrative and Finance Personnel working in the ICAR Institutes.

A total of 80 participants from 33 ICAR Institutes from 17 States and Union Territories participated in the Programme.
