a-IDEA, ICAR-National Academy of Agricultural Research Management organizes 50-day training program on Agribusiness Management Development Program valedictory ceremony, funding from NABARD TSRO for CEO development in FPOs.
Smt. Susheela Chintala, Chief General Manager, NABARD, was the event's Chief guest. She emphasised the ABMDP's transformative potential in reshaping FPO landscape, addressing challenges, and boosting farmers' incomes. She encouraged collaboration and excellence, emphasizing FPOs as the future of Indian agriculture.
Dr. Ch. Srinivasa Rao, Director, ICAR-NAARM, stressed the need for FPOs to solve the issues facing Indian agriculture in his presidential address. He emphasised the need of effective administration and leadership inside FPOs as important elements in raising farmers' income.
Dr. S. Senthil Vinayagam, CEO of a-IDEA, welcomed attendees and highlighted the program's comprehensive approach to FPO operations.
