Sri Basudeb Acharia, Chairman, Parliamentary Committee on Agriculture launched new-look website of CIFA here today. The committee was on a two days visit to the State of Odisha. The committee visited farms facilities and laboratories of CIFA and reviewed fisheries development in the state.
The major features of the website are CIFA at Glance, Research Projects, Directors Desk, Staff, Division Section, Regional Research Centre, KVK, Collaboration, Technology Commercialization, Publications, Products, Intellectual Property, and Farmer First etc. The site is designed and developed by a team of experts headed by Sri A.S. Mahapatra. This site can be accessed at www.cifa.in.
Dr. S.D. Singh, ADG (Inland Fisheries) and Dr. P. Jayasankar, Director, CIFA were also present on the occasion.
