The ICAR- National Research Center on Meat, Hyderabad organized the Workshop on “Genomic and Proteomic Tools for rapid detection of Meat Adulteration and Zoonotic Pathogens” today.
Delivering the inaugural address, the Chief Guest, Dr. Vinod Kumar Singh, Director, ICAR- Central Research Institute of Dryland Agriculture, Hyderabad underlined the importance of “One Health”.
Dr. S.B. Barbuddhe, Director, ICAR-NRC on Meat, Hyderabad emphasized on the importance of the training programme.
A total of 25 students pursuing Masters and Ph.D. Degrees in State Agricultural Universities, State Veterinary Universities and Central Universities from 11 States participated in the programme.
