The ICAR-Central Institute of Fisheries Education, Mumbai organized a one-day programme on “Promoting Higher Fisheries Education in North Eastern Hilly Region” at Fisheries Biologist Brooder Fish Farm, Dimapur, Nagaland under the Department of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources, Nagaland on 6th March, 2019.
Shri M.K. Mero, Horticulture Secretary, Nagaland addressed the gathering.
The occasion registered a total participation by 40 participants.
The Institute also organized a two-day programme on Awareness-cum-Hands-on-Training on “Fish Health Management” at Fisheries Biologist Brooder Fish Farm, Dimapur, Nagaland under the Department of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources, Nagaland from 6th & 7th March, 2019.
A total of 72 fish farmers, fisheries technical, entrepreneurs & District Fisheries Development Officers participated in the awareness and on-hand training programme.
