ICAR-National Bureau of Fish Genetic Resources, Lucknow, organised Vigilance Awareness Week from 30th October- 5th November 2023 at Lucknow.
Dr. Uttam Kumar Sarkar, Director, ICAR-NBFGR, administered an oath to staff to be vigilant against corruption in their daily work and behaviour. He urged staff members to perform their duties as good and honest citizens as well as dutiful government officials to achieve the target of having developed India soon.
As part of the awareness programme against corruption, staff and research scholars of the Institute formed a human chain and participated in a walkathon focusing on the theme, “Say No to Corruption; Commit to the Nation.” The drawing, essay and extempore events were organised for the staff members and research scholars during the vigilance awareness week.
