ICAR-CIRCOT organized training on, ‘Advanced Characterization of Cotton Quality and its Spinning & Dyeing Performance’

ICAR-CIRCOT,Mumbai has organized a 3 days training on, ‘Advanced Characterization of Cotton Quality and its Spinning & Dyeing Performance’ ..

This training was conducted under the Scheduled Caste Sub Plan (SCSP) scheme of ICAR. This was a specialized training program conducted for scheduled caste community candidates to upgrade their skill and expertise in post-harvest processing of cotton.

During the training, the participants were taught about various aspects of recent advancement in fibre quality analysis, spinning technology, dyeing and business incubation.

The valedictory session was chaired by Dr. Sujata Saxena, Director (I/c) and the training certificates were distributed to the participants.

This training was attended by a total 15 participants from different colleges across the country.
