TENDER NOTICE

 

On behalf of President, ICAI, the Director, Central Avian Research Institute, Izatnagar, invites sealed tenders from manufactures, authrorized/bonafied and reputed dealers for the supply of the scientific/laboratory equipments as mentioned below:

 *The detailed specifications and other terms & conditions for supply of the equipment/item shall be provided along with the tender forms.

     Manufacturers/authorized Indian agents of foreign Principal must submit the Proforma Invoice in original from their principal supplier only. The tender form along with detailed specification etc. in respect of the above equipment/item may be obtained from the office of the Incharge Stores, C.A.R.I., Izatnagar-243 122 during working days between 10.00 A.M. to 1.00 P.M. Those who desire to obtain the tender form by post should send the bank draft of Rs. 50.00 (postage charges) payable to Director CA.R.I., Izatnagar at S.B.I. CARI Branch, Code No. 7027 for the tender form. The complete tender document may also be down loaded from institute’s web site www.icar.org.in/cari/index.html (Free of cost). The Institute will not be held responsible for any sort of postal delay. The schedule of tender is as follows.

 Last date of acceptance of Tender:                         06.12.2008 at 1.00 P.M.

Date of opening of Tender:                                      06.12.2008 at 3.00 P.M.

 Duly filled up sealed tender form should be submitted for above equipment/item along with required Earnest Money Deposit (E.M.D.) in shape of TDR/FDR in favour of Director CARI payable at S.B.I. CARI Branch (7027) on the scheduled date and time positively. Any tender form received after due date and time, specified as above shall be deemed as summarily rejected. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject the tender at any time without assigning any reason thereof.
