CIRCULAR
In pursuance of the provision of the Right to Information Act, 2005, it is considered necessary to bring to the notice of all the concerned citizens of the country that the following kinds of information available, with the Institute may be deemed to be covered within the ambit of RTI Act, 2005, so that every concerned citizen of India may, after depositing the prescribed fees, obtain such information from the Public Information Officer/Assistant Public Information Officer of this Institute.
1. Information pertaining to Poultry Research developments of general nature, so as not to infringe upon Intellectual Property Rights in any way or so as not to violate any of the provision of Section B(1).
2. Information pertaining to Institute activities in the field of Transfer of Technology.
3. Information pertaining to Poultry Science Education being imparted by the Institute so as to awaken all concerned about the nation’s best Poultry Science Education Infrastructure available in this Institute.
4. Infomation pertaining to all public notices on the public interest subjects of Direct Recruitments, Open Tender-based procurements/imports; these public notices are already being widely advertised in newspaper and institute website - www.icar.org.in/cari/index.html.
5. The members of public are requested to visit the institute website of www.icar.org.in/cari/index.html for updated information.
In view of the above, it is clear that all such information, which involve public interest, will be duly made available to the concerned citizens, as and when so requested, under the provisions of the RTI Act, 2005 by making payment of prescribed charges.
