  13. Institutional Improvement as an Outcome of Accreditation Process
  • Accreditation is a process of assuring acceptable institutional quality and a tool for improving educational standards.
  • It is expected that the institution will maximize its strengths and overcome the challenges identified during the accreditation process.
  • It will also implement the suggestions made by the Peer Review Team and the Board for improvement.
  • Accreditation Board will monitor the expected improvements in institutional functioning through periodic reports from the institution and /or visits, if necessary which may be internal or in specific cases involving external experts.
